1. International Association of Traditional Wrestling Sports (IATWS).
2. Turkish Traditional Sports Federation.
General direction of competition is realized by Turkey Traditional Sports Federation and International Association of Traditional Wrestling Sports.The leading of competition is laid on the Organizing Committee and Referees Commission confirmed by International Belt Wrestling Association (for European Belt Wrestling Championships).

4 May - Arrival day, Accreditation, Referees seminar, Training session, Official weighing, Draw. 5 May - Preliminary competition, Demonstration of Turkish Aba and Salvar Traditional Wrestling, Official Opening Ceremony (16:00), Final, Awarding and Closing Ceremony
6 May - Plant for Planet - Tree planting, Demonstration of Turkish horses traditional sports,
European Forum: “The roll of TSG in peace building and society development processes”
7 May - Departure day National teams, Officials, Gusts
Comptitors:
Belt Wrestling
1. Only national teams of the National Federations are allowed to compete.
2. Age of the competitors – not younger than 18 on day of competition.
3. Consisting of team – 11 persons: 1 leader/couch, 1 referee, 9 sportsman.
4. Weight categories:
- Men: -66 kg., -73 kg., -81 kg., - 90 kg., -100 kg, +100 kg.
- Women: -58 kg., -66 kg., +66 kg (free style).
